Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and flavored beverages, all sales are final; however, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund to appease the thirst gods.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Haul
Check your package immediately upon delivery. If your cans are crushed or leaking, take a photo of the carnage as evidence for our support team.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the photos of your damaged goods to initiate a claim.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your request and confirm if your order is eligible for a replacement or a full refund based on the damage reported.
- 4.Execution of Refund
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch of Liquid Death or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
